Frequently Asked Questions

What is “positive perception” training?

It is deliberate practice that nudges attention toward useful, kind, and hopeful cues while acknowledging what is real. We teach small drills that make this bias reliable without ignoring challenges.

How much time do I need each week?

Most learners spend 60–90 minutes weekly across 3–5 sessions. Our micro-practices fit 5–15 minutes and can be stacked if you have momentum.

Are there guarantees or medical claims?

No. We share skills, not guarantees. We avoid medical or financial claims. We encourage reflective tracking to see what helps you personally.

How do favorites (“Fallows”) work?

When you mark a course as a favorite in the catalog, its ID is stored privately in your browser (localStorage). Visit the Fallows page to review and manage them anytime.

What is the refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase and before completing over 25% of a course. We’ll review promptly and keep the process simple.

Do you offer team or enterprise options?

Yes. We provide team seats with shared prompts and manager dashboards focused on practice consistency and language warmth, not surveillance.

Can I learn offline?

You can download practice sheets and transcripts for personal use. Video lessons require an internet connection.

How do you protect my data?

We collect only what’s needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details and your options.

Do courses expire?

Individual purchases include ongoing access while the course remains published. If a course is retired, we’ll notify you 30 days prior.
